FAQ

Questions about property postcards

What should I compare when choosing a postcard service?

Compare postcard sizes, all-in prices in CAD, address checks and the mailing information you can see. Direct Mailer prints in Canada and mails addressed postcards to the homes on your list.

Can I mail every home on a street?

Yes, if you have a recipient name or company and a complete address for each home. Direct Mailer sends addressed mail. You'll need to supply your own list; we don't sell homeowner data.

Which postcard size should I use for listing photos?

Choose a larger format when your design needs room for photos and property details. See which postcard size to pick before preparing your artwork, including the bleed and safe areas.

What should a just sold postcard say?

Show the property, describe the sale accurately and explain how a nearby homeowner can contact you. Keep just sold postcards focused on the sale and your services, using claims you can support.

Can I use my own postcard design?

Yes. Upload your finished artwork or provide HTML. Include your property photos, branding and contact details in the design. Direct Mailer doesn't have a design editor or create the artwork for you.

Can I choose homes by postal area?

Yes. Import your addressed list and create a segment using the start of a postal code. You can also use your own custom fields to group contacts by neighbourhood or relationship.
