Questions before you get started
How do I get an API key?
Sign up, open Developers and choose API keys. Create a test key for the direct mail API to try your first send for free. Test sends never print or charge.
Can I send mail from my AI assistant?
Yes. Connect Claude, Claude Code, Cursor or VS Code to our MCP server with an API key. Live sends wait for your approval unless the key’s daily spend cap covers the cost.
Can I mail to addresses outside Canada?
We send postcards and letters to Canadian addresses only. Every recipient address is checked before printing, and we print in Canada and mail with Canada Post.
Where will my campaign be printed and mailed?
Your postcards and letters are printed in Canada and mailed with Canada Post. You can follow each mailing’s status and see its estimated arrival through the API, MCP or app.
How much will my mailing cost?
Your rate includes printing, addressing and postage. Compare per-piece pricing for each postcard size and letter format, then choose Pay as you go or Subscribe and save. Test mode is free.
Can I cancel after submitting a mailing?
Yes, until it goes into production. You can cancel while the status is Created or Rendered, and the reserved charge returns to your prepaid balance. Once printing starts, cancellation is no longer available.
