Prepare property management letters by building

Keep residents informed without printing letters for every building. Schedule lease reminders with direct mail automation and track each notice so you can answer questions about when it was mailed.

Introduce your property management services to owners on your mailing list, with a postcard that explains how you can help. For detailed tenant or owner updates, give your message more room in a letter.

FAQ

Questions about property management mail

How can postcards support property management marketing?

Introduce your services to property owners on your own addressed list. Explain the properties you manage, the area you serve and how to contact you. You can group contacts by postal area before mailing.

Does each notice include confirmation that it arrived?

Ordinary letters and postcards show a mailed date and estimated arrival, without delivery confirmation. You can see when the notice reached Canada Post and keep that date with your records.

How do we plan around a notice deadline?

Use the estimated arrival to help plan your mailing and allow time for printing and postage. Direct Mailer doesn't promise a print turnaround or arrival date, so choose your send date with that in mind.

Can we mail every tenant from a CSV?

Yes. Import your tenants into a list, including their names and complete addresses with unit numbers. Choose that list for the mailing. Do-not-mail contacts and failed addresses are left out.

Can we use separate lists for each building?

Yes. Create a list for each building and import its tenants, or use custom fields to group contacts by building and lease status. Update those details when residents move or leases change.

Can we upload the letters we've already prepared?

Yes. Upload your PDF and choose colour or black-and-white printing. We print and mail your document with addressing and postage included. Extra letter sheets are charged separately.
